Pairing with Your Smartwatch – Pokémon Sleep Official Webpage

It’s now possible to pair smartwatches with Pokémon Sleep.

To pair a smartwatch with Pokémon Sleep, you’ll need to link your account with Apple Health or Health Connect.

Here are some instructions on how to pair each type of device and how to sync your sleep tracking and sleep data.

■Apple Watch: Apple Watch series

▪ Incompatible devices: Apple Watch (1st generation), Apple Watch Series 1, Apple Watch Series 2 (all models), Apple Watch Series 3 (all models)

■Samsung Galaxy: Samsung Galaxy Watch, Samsung Galaxy Fit, Samsung Galaxy Ring Series

▪ Incompatible devices: Samsung Galaxy Fitⓔ

■Google Pixel Watch: Google Pixel Watch Series

■Fitbit Series: All Fitbit devices excluding the following.
