As of , it is now possible to conduct sleep research in Pokémon Sleep using sleep data tracked on Fitbit devices with iOS. Previously, this was only possible with Android.
We hope you enjoy pairing your Fitbit device with Pokémon Sleep and using it to conduct sleep research by tracking your sleep!
To Those Playing Pokémon Sleep on iOS Devices
You can register sleep data that was tracked via Fitbit.

Notes
• It is not possible to register sleep data that started tracking before Pokémon Sleep was linked with Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android).
• Sleep data tracked via smartwatch that has been manually edited may not be eligible for registration in Pokémon Sleep.
• If you have already paired with Pokémon GO Plus +, you can still pair with a smartwatch and maintain the pairing of both devices.
• If this feature doesn’t work even after waiting, please restart the app.
