Three years have passed since the release of Pokémon Sleep, and the number of available Pokémon has surpassed 230 species.
We recognize that as a result of this, it has become difficult to level up the main skills of multiple Pokémon at the same time. To address this issue, we are considering solutions that take long-term development into account, such as a new feature that allows players to receive various items, including Main Skill Seeds.

Also, new Main Skill Seeds will be available starting next week!

New Main Skill Seeds that can be used on each Pokémon

New Main Skill Seeds that can be used on certain species of Pokémon will appear starting on Aug. 10, 2026, at 6:00 a.m..
To commemorate this, we’re giving out Main Skill Seed (Hawlucha) to researchers.

Distribution Period: Aug. 10, 2026, at 6:00 a.m. to Oct. 9, 2026, at 3:59 a.m.

You can accept the gifts by tapping the gift box icon in the upper right of the in-game menu.
If your gifts haven’t arrived yet, please restart the app and then check your Gift Box.

This item can be used on the Pokémon specified in the item name, as well as before or after its Evolution, and it raises the level of their main skill level by one.
Note: Similar to Pokémon Candies, this item can also be used on other forms of the Pokémon specified in the item name, as well as Pokémon wearing special costumes, such as Pikachu (Halloween).
