It’s Now Possible to Pair Garmin Smartwatches with Pokémon Sleep!

As of Mar. 13, 2026, it’s now possible to conduct sleep research in Pokémon Sleep using sleep data tracked on Garmin smartwatches.

Also, from Mar. 13, 2026 to Nov. 1, 2026, players who register their sleep data tracked via Garmin smartwatches will be gifted 3 Poké Biscuits!
You can accept the gifts by tapping the gift box icon in the upper right of the in-game menu.
If your gifts haven’t arrived yet, please restart the app and then check your Gift Box.

We hope you enjoy conducting sleep research by tracking your sleep via your Garmin smartwatch after pairing it with Pokémon Sleep!

Pokémon Sleep Watch Faces at No Cost

Two types of watch faces for Garmin smartwatches featuring Pokémon Sleep will be available!
In addition to watch faces that feature Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Pikachu, and Snorlax, you can choose your favorite Pokémon out of this selection and customize your watch face.
Also, depending on your remaining Body Battery, the selected Pokémon will change to different poses, and you may encounter rare sleep styles when you get good sleep!

These watch faces can be installed at no cost via Garmin’s Connect IQ Store app.

Notes

• You cannot register sleep data that you started tracking before linking Pokémon Sleep with Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android).
• Sleep data tracked via smartwatch that has been manually edited may not be eligible to register in Pokémon Sleep.
• If you have already paired with Pokémon GO Plus +, you can still pair with a smartwatch and maintain the pairing of both devices.
• If this function doesn’t work even after waiting, please restart the app.
