除了以妙蛙種子、小火龍、傑尼龜、皮卡丘和卡比獸為主題的錶面之外，也有能從這些寶可夢中選擇自己喜歡的寶可夢來客製化的錶面。
此外，設定的寶可夢會根據剩餘的「Body Battery」變換多種姿勢，如果睡飽睡足，也許還能遇見稀有睡姿！

注意事項
・無法載入《Pokémon Sleep》和健康（iOS）或Health Connect（Android）連結前測量到的睡眠資料。
・使用智慧型手錶測量到的睡眠資料經過手動編輯後，有可能無法載入《Pokémon Sleep》。
・即使已經和「Pokémon GO Plus +」連結，仍可以和智慧型手錶連結，並維持雙方的連結狀態。
・經過一段時間後仍無法使用此功能時，請重新啟動應用程式。
